Launching a competition for innovation and creativity in labor

The contest is a great playground to promote the creative spirit of all employees working in the Group. Initiatives can be launched to optimize production norms, improve product quality and labor productivity, reduce waste, and radically save costs in order to increase competitiveness, and at the same time, create a movement of innovation and creativity not only in the production sector but also in all departments and units of NHG. Besides, the contest also gives employees a professional, competitive, and dynamic working environment to enhance work efficiency.

According to the plan of the Organizing Committee, the fields of participation, including all initiatives, creativity, experience, improvement, scientific and technical applications to serve labor and production and business of the Group. 

The competition jury council will select the best entries to award prizes based on innovation, creativity, broad applicability, and economic-technical - social efficiency criteria. The prize structure of the contest includes the following:

• Factory Level:  Rewards for First, Second, Third, and Consolation Prizes.
  The total funds spent on prizes at each Factory is 5,000,000 VND.
• Group level: 01 First prize worth 50 million VND/prize, 01 Second prize worth 30 million VND/prize, 01 third prize worth 20 million VND/prize, and 01 consolation prize worth 10 million VND/prize. The total funds spent on Group awards is 110,000,000 VND.

Time to launch, send and receive entries
The Organizing Committee at the factory will receive contest entries from November 1, 2022, to the end of November 30, 2022. The winning documents will be announced on December 1st and 5th, 2022. The Organizing Committee of the Group received the application from December 6, 2022, to the end of December 8, 2022. Shortlisted entries will be announced in December 2022. The contest awarding ceremony will be held during the year-end and welcome the new year 2023 party of the Group.
