The Excellent Companion - A Contest for Back Office

- Departments/alliance from the back office division

- Individuals in the Back Office can register to participate in the program.

Note:

• Participants only include staff, specialists (not including managers)
• For the competition works of the union, it must be collected and show the connection of departments in that alliance.

Contest rules

1. Field of participation

• Solutions to solve the inadequacies and backlogs that are being encountered.
• Innovations in optimizing work processes and minimizing administrative and paperwork procedures.
• Applying digital transformation technology in work operations.

1. Scope of application

• Entries can be applied to the work of individuals, departments, alliances, whole offices, and/or within the NHG factory system.

1. Number of contest entries

• Each alliance/department participates from 02 to 05 entries;
• Encourage each individual to register from 01 to 03 entries.
